Access
Monday to Friday – 7am to 6pm
Saturday and Sunday - 9am to 4pm.
*Bank holiday hours are 9am to 4pm.

Deposit
We do not charge a security deposit.

Insurance - StoreProtect, enhanced Liability cover
We can provide protection for your stored goods on a new replacement basis.
StoreProtect is an extension to our standard contract that allows us to accept liability for loss or damage to your goods in certain circumstances.
Our liability under StoreProtect is accepted on a new replacement basis for most goods you store. However, there are restrictions for some items, such as jewellery, watches, furs, fine art, beers, wines, and electrical items. We cannot offer StoreProtect for motorcars stored outside a unit or food/perishable items.
Storage
Storage Services are charged on a 4-weekly basis, so you will be billed every 28 days.
Vacation
The storage space must be left empty and clean upon vacation.

What can you store?
Storage of the following items is not permitted:
- Food or perishable goods, unless they are securely packed so that they are protected from and do not attract vermin.
- Birds, fish, animals or any other living creatures.
- Combustible or flammable materials or liquids such as gas paint, petrol, oil or cleaning solvents.
- Firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition.
- Chemicals, radio active materials, biological agents, toxic waste, asbestos or other materials of a potentially dangerous nature.
- Any item which emits any fumes, smells or odour.
- Any illegal substance, illegal items or good illegally obtained.
- Compressed gas.
